After 10 years of working with a business, you get to know each other pretty well. Our relationship with Sally and her team has become more of a friendship. So the latest rebuild of their cottage management and booking software (which we originally built almost 10 years ago) was a very collaborative experience.
We've recently been building on our experience of property and condition survey data, working with clients who need to collate both field and desk data for analysis and sharing within teams, often distributed across multiple sites.
Our ProPortal solution is starting to take shape, with a friendly and intuitive web based dashboard for property managers, Adding ability for consultants and surveyors to synchronise imported data from field survey tablets, asset records, audit spreadsheets and other data feeds commonly used to collate property data.
Still actively in development our team are applying their deep knowledge of booking solutions to a new market... pets.

Building on many years previous experience in asset management and survey data applications, Hy developed iPad mobile survey survey applications used by a leading consulting firm. The tools are used across a range of contracts including Ministry of Defence and nuclear sites.
Designed to be quick and simple for surveyors in the field the applications synchronise data for central analysis and manipulation. Hy developed a bespoke middleware application for this process.

HySoft are long standing technical and development partners of Tyg Tickets . We have worked closely to develop and evolve their ticketing technology platform since their foundation in 2009. The Tyg Tickets platform provides a huge range of features including membership management, ticket sales and scanning, multiple entry pass management and seat booking.
Developed from the outset as a Software as a Service web application, we have developed integration apis for EPOS tools, embedded ticket ordering and a native mobile application for ticket scanning. Most recently we have developed mobile apps and a custom web page builder tool to help Tygs larger customers provide a seamless experience for their users.
We work in partnership with Tyg Tickets to solve the ticketing needs of many organisations from Historic Houses, cultural events and tourist attractions to Football stadiums.
