After 10 years of working with a business, you get to know each other pretty well. Our relationship with Sally and her team has become more of a friendship. Our team enjoy immersing themselves in a business and understanding the details that make it unique.

With this relationship the last year’s rebuild of their cottage management and booking software (which we originally built 10 years ago) was a very collaborative experience. The project spanned about 8 months delivered in development sprints allowing Sally and her team to focus on running their business between planning and testing phases.
Our previous system helped Sally's business grow from under 30 cottages and about 3,500 bookings per annum to taking over 20,000 bookings across almost 500 cottages generating over £7.5 million in booking revenue last year. The old system had benefited from a few ongoing upgrades but it was time for a full rebuild to make full use of new technology and approaches.

At HySoft we really enjoy working in partnership with clients who are passionate about what they do and allow us to add our technical knowledge to their ideas and operational knowledge. The system was entirely rebuilt in Laravel with a number of performance features designed to work with our own auto-scaling server management tools.
